Terms & Conditions

Clear rules for a security-focused service.

These Terms govern access to and use of Passwordic, including Personal accounts, Business workspaces, password-management features, credential sharing, authentication controls, and administrative functionality.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Passwordic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies referenced by the service. If you use Passwordic on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization where required.

2. The Passwordic service

Passwordic provides tools for managing credentials and sensitive information. Current functionality may include a private password vault, controlled password sharing, multi-factor authentication settings, password-health visibility, security-key records, credit-card records, documents, medical records, subscriptions, and related personal workspace features.

Business accounts add an organizational tenant and administrative capabilities such as user administration, role-based access, employee onboarding, company-scoped credential sharing, company MFA policy, configurable failed-login lockouts, recovery and unlock actions, and authentication or administrative history.

3. Personal accounts

Personal accounts are intended for an individual's own use. Personal information and sharing operate within the Personal account security context and are not automatically part of a Business tenant. Passwordic currently advertises a limited $0 Personal promotion for eligible early users while enrollment remains available. Eligibility, availability, and future Personal pricing may be updated prospectively and will be described on the Pricing page.

4. Business accounts

Business accounts are intended for organizations and use a tenant boundary to separate one organization's users and administrative authority from another. The currently advertised Business price is $1 per user per month. Billing activation, payment terms, taxes, refunds, and renewal details may be further described during checkout or in a separate commercial agreement when paid billing is enabled.

5. Administrators and roles

Business customers control which authorized users receive administrative or other workspace roles. Available roles may include Admin, Manager, User, and Read Only. Administrators may be able to create or remove users, change access status, assist with recovery, unlock accounts, and configure workspace security policies. Organizations are responsible for assigning administrative authority carefully and for actions performed by their authorized administrators.

6. Account security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, authentication devices, MFA methods, and recovery information. You must promptly take reasonable action if you believe an account or credential has been compromised. Passwordic provides security controls intended to reduce unauthorized access, but users and organizations remain responsible for configuring and using those controls appropriately.

7. Security controls and limitations

Passwordic uses layered safeguards including account-scope separation, tenant isolation, role-based authorization, MFA capabilities, company MFA enforcement, failed-login lockouts, authentication auditing, server-side access checks, controlled recovery, and sharing restrictions. These controls are designed to improve security; they are not a warranty that unauthorized access, data loss, service interruption, or cyberattack can never occur.

No software, hosting provider, authentication method, or security architecture can guarantee absolute security. You should maintain appropriate independent backups, endpoint security, device security, and organizational procedures where the sensitivity of your information requires them.

8. Credential and sensitive-data responsibility

You control the information you choose to store in Passwordic and are responsible for having the right to store and share that information. You must not use Passwordic to obtain, store, distribute, or access credentials or sensitive information unlawfully. Sharing a credential through Passwordic does not grant rights to use a third-party system beyond the permissions provided by its owner.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Passwordic to compromise or probe systems without authorization; distribute malware; conduct fraud, phishing, credential theft, or impersonation; bypass access controls; interfere with the service or other users; abuse recovery or authentication systems; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; or engage in activity prohibited by applicable law.

10. Tenant isolation and sharing

Passwordic is designed so Business sharing and administration remain within the appropriate active tenant, while Personal accounts remain in their separate account context. You must not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, authorization checks, role restrictions, or other technical controls intended to separate users or organizations.

11. Availability, maintenance, and changes

We work to keep Passwordic reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure events, security response, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or develop the service.

12. Roadmap and Coming Soon features

Website descriptions of future capabilities—including single sign-on, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, application portals, directory integrations, APIs, webhooks, advanced policy controls, or other roadmap items—describe intended direction and are not promises that a feature is currently available or will launch on a particular date. Purchasing or using Passwordic should be based on functionality available at the time of use unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

13. Browser extensions and integrations

Passwordic may provide or plan browser extensions and third-party integrations. Availability and behavior can depend on browsers, operating systems, identity providers, APIs, or services outside Passwordic's control. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies, and availability.

14. Third-party services

Passwordic may rely on hosting, authentication, email, monitoring, payment, or other service providers. We are not responsible for third-party products or services that you independently choose to use, and third-party outages or changes may affect related integrations.

15. Fees and billing

Where a paid plan is active, you agree to pay applicable charges disclosed at purchase. Business pricing may be based on the number of users associated with the paid workspace. We may change pricing prospectively by providing reasonable notice where required. Any taxes, billing intervals, cancellation rights, or refund terms displayed during purchase form part of the applicable transaction terms.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Passwordic, users, organizations, or third parties; investigate suspected compromise or abuse; respond to legal requirements; address nonpayment for paid services; or enforce these Terms. Users may stop using Passwordic and may request account closure subject to applicable retention, security, contractual, and legal requirements.

17. Intellectual property

Passwordic, its software, branding, website design, and related materials are owned by or licensed to WizSpeed except for customer content and third-party materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Passwordic technology to users. You retain applicable rights in information you lawfully provide to the service.

18. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide product suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use that feedback to improve Passwordic without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not thereby claim ownership of your underlying confidential customer data.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Passwordic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where a separate written agreement states otherwise. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party service, or protection against every security event. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Passwordic and WizSpeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law or superseded by a separate written agreement. Applicable law may provide rights that vary by jurisdiction.

21. Privacy

Use of Passwordic is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains the information we process, how it is used, account boundaries, security safeguards, retention, service providers, and privacy requests.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Passwordic evolves. Material changes will be reflected by revising the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice through the service. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

Security statement: Passwordic is designed with layered safeguards and strict account boundaries, but we do not describe any online system as impossible to compromise. Security claims on this website should be read as descriptions of controls, not absolute guarantees.
